Review: I had appointments with Dr.Jennifer Yeh, on 12/1/12, 12/8/12. I have not received reimbursements from Blue Cross.I have called Blue Cross several times, since the past few months.I am extremely frustrated by their response, and them being unhelpful.Each representative has its own different response, and I am put on hold for long periods of time, with no solution. I had mailed the claim forms for my reimbursement to Blue Cross on the following days:1) Appointment Date: 12/1/12I mailed claim form on 1/19/13.2) Appointment Date: 12/8/12I mailed claim form on 1/19/13.Desired Settlement: I would like Blue Cross to mail the two reimbursement checks to my address.Please help me in this urgent matter.Thank You.

Review: I sent a written request (see the attachment) to Anthem Blue Cross regarding my medical insurance plan that I purchased from them in the past. Anthem Blue Cross has disregarded my request. It has been more than one month since they should have received my request and I have not heard from them. Those papers are important for me and time sensitive. It's so bad that I need to use Revdex.com communication tools to reach out to Anthem Blue Cross.Desired Settlement: Provide me with all the essential paperwork regarding my medical health insurance plan purchased from Anthem Blue Cross
