OH MY GOODNESS!!!! As soon as I think you cannot be any more full of it, you amaze me, and show me what a joke this business isOnce again, the girls told us they were in our room, and knew where our stuff wasThey said, They opened the door, and freaked out when they saw mens sunglasses on the deskThey left the room, talked to us, and GAVE US their keys after we all tried our deactivated togetherI never came back down for new keys after ours were deactivated, so how did we get back in our room? Nice try once again to cover your employees incompetenceLove how your story continues to change with each responseThe odds of both our keys becoming deactivated due to cell phones, or credit cards, highly unlikely, but keep trying

Response to them:Someone is lyingIt was not double bookedYou forget we spoke to the girlsIt was 11:at night, and they had a room right above ours, they just gave the front desk the wrong number, and were issued keys without checkingAlso, this IS the exact same story the guy told me that night on the phone tooSo great job continuing to blow the seriousness of the matter offWe have had to replace keys before at "chain hotels", and know how its properly handled if you do, or do not have your id on youIt was not an innocent mistake, it was an ignorant mistake, and was rectified after the girls had already been if our room, and left their wrong keys with us, because ours did not work anymore. Don't make it sound like you caught it before anything happened, and don't worry, I was informed, "Thats why you have insurance"

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! As soon as I think you cannot be any more full of it, you amaze me, and show me what a joke this business is. Once again, the girls told us they were in our room, and knew where our stuff was. They said, They opened the door, and freaked out when they saw mens sunglasses on the desk. They left the room, talked to us, and GAVE US their keys after we all tried our deactivated together. I never came back down for new keys after ours were deactivated, so how did we get back in our room? Nice try once again to cover your employees incompetence. Love how your story continues to change with each response. The odds of both our keys becoming deactivated due to cell phones, or credit cards, highly unlikely, but keep trying.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. After looking into your situation and talking to the front desk on duty that day, we found out that what happened in your case  happened in an error and by no means intentional.  It was a sold out night and your room did...

not get checked in in our system and was accidentally got booked for another guest. We all are humans and we all make mistakes. This was an innocent mistake made by the front desk agent. It was rectified as soon as the agent realized his mistake.  Please accept our sincere apology on behalf of the Blue Cypress team. We can offer 10% discount for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay.

After talking to the second front desk associate who was on duty that night who just returned to work today after holidays, gave us the first hand information that she was the one who issued the keys to those girls but she gave them the keys for their room which was room 423, co incidentally right above your room. Those girls under intoxication, not thinking where they were going, made it to the third floor towards your room rather than going to the fourth floor. They tried to open your room and of coarse they could not open it since they did not have the right key. Like you mentioned in your note,  you saw them in the hallway and not in your room since they never made it inside your room. They could not access your room. Your key deactivation could have happened due to several other factors and we see it all the time. Keeping it by the cell phone can demagnetize it, keeping it inside the wallet with other credit cards can deactivate the key too. Good news is, your room was not accessed by anyone else. We appreciate Revdex.com time and efforts in mediating this matter. The hotel will not be able to comment any further in this case.
