However, once she notified Advanced Body Scan the following day, we immediately processed her refund. We have scanned over 15,000 patients in Oklahoma and have a stellar reputation offering lifesaving scans that cannot be obtained anywhere else in the state. She was never told she could not cancel. Quite the opposite; she signed a piece of paper explaining her right to cancel. For her to state "Before I could say 'no', she had already run a credit check," is another false statement, as she must personally fill out and sign an entire credit application to authorize her application for credit. Again, at no time did she hesitate or refuse to do so. Her statement that we took advantage of her is very disappointing to us; as she is the one who agreed to purchase our service, received the service and then refused to pay. Regardless, we immediately issued a refund and cancelled her contract. We have alerted hundreds of Oklahomans to potential life threatening conditions and have consequently saved the lives of many. We only hope that by filing such a negative and false claim, she does not discourage others from being proactive in taking care of their health and receiving a potentially lifesaving scan.

I am not happy with this response, I DID NOT call my father that night to go over it with him. I told [redacted] I wanted to think about it and discuss it with him. Second of all I tried to tell her I didn't want to do it, as far as me being bubbly that is my personality. I am not a rude person, very seldom do you see me mad, I hide it well. They did forget to tell you they DID NOT refund the entire amount. They charged me $850 to my credit card to pay for the body scan. They sent a letter out explaining it had be cancelled, but HOWEVER after speaking with you, I agreed to only charge the corporate rate of $850. I spoke to the manager 1 time on the phone, the other two times was through email. None of this was mentioned. I will enclose the emails for you. I still haven't received my results from the $60 heart and lung scan I had done that I paid for in advance. I had the procedure done on the 30th. Was told it would take 7-10 business days. I sent them emails the manager sent stating I would have a FULL REFUND back on my card.
