I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved The conversations that The Credit clinic have stated are incorrect and very one sided I will however accept the fact hat they are willing to remove the incorrect "debt" owed and settle this There attempt to threaten, abuse and completely take this situation to an unprofessional level was not needed As a business person I know that mistakes are made and people react, however they should know this isnt a way you treat customers A simple phone call to me as a client would have cleared all this upSo again for this I will accept there clearing up of this matter and parting ways with no obligations on either side
