I am rejecting this response because: He has NOT sent a check in the mail. I have been waiting for weeks. He said he mailed a check on March 30th. Nothing has been received. I also have not received the money that was supposedly put on a gift card nor have I been reimbursed for the pair of needle nose pliers that was removed from my home by this business.The countertop was not put in because the contract that *** *** wrote up was for a color that he said he could not install for the quoted price. Therefore I did not break any contracts. Nor did he ever provide me a printed contract with my signature on it and never once mentioned any kind of no-refund policy. I have all paperwork, text messages, emails, etc showing numerous promises and/or guarantees that he broke.I was never satisfied completely with the floor because numerous deadline promises were broken. When the sub-contractor (whom I have no contact info for) said he was finished, it was after PM at night and dark. I was forced to pay Mr*** *** in full for the job BEFORE it was ever complete and therefore had no opportunity to say whether I was satisfied or not.Once I receive payment for $check he cashed for a job he didn't doand the refund for the materials he took from my house and never reimbursed, then and only then will I let this drop. Otherwise I will see him in court

We have sent a check in the mail for the 840.00 dollars. As for the other, I showed here why the card was charged more. Because there more material ordered. As for sub contractor, he is respobable for the missing areas. When the customer paid for the final work she was happy. As for the 840.00...

dollar deposit. We signed a contract to do a granit counter top. 4 days later the customer changed there mind because she needed to spend the money on something else. She violated there contract. We choose to issue a refund when we have a no refund policy. As for the non returned items they were returned and the refund went to a gift card.we will be issuing a refund on that also because the gift card was taking by a employee that was fired. We will also add in the price for the needle nose plyers.
