Scheduled a cleaning and upon arrival was told I was only getting xrays and had to go back for a cleaning. Xray machine didnt work. And waited for an exam for 20 min before walking out. I fell asleep in chair waiting. Front desk manager was mad at me for leaving; yelled at me on phone and refuses to send xrays to my new dentist.

What happened to customers being right and customer service? Since dental service is not free or government run I have a right to choose my provider and expect good service every time.
