Review: The employees that work for the disposal company deliberately destroyed a metal garbage can during garbage collection day last Monday. They slammed the can onto the back of the truck not once but 4 times, cracking themselves up the entire time they did so. My neighbor was a witness to the event, she yelled out to them to stop and also told them that she was going to call the company to inform them of the childish and unprofessional behavior displayed by their employees, which she did. I also called Blue Diamond Disposal and spoke to a representative named Barbara G, I asked for her email address so I could send her pictures of the can. I sent the email with the pictures attached on 6/9/2015 and have not even received so much as an apology from the company.

I realize that this is just a garbage can, however I cant help but wonder what other malicious behavior these "men" are up to during their route.Desired Settlement: Replacement of the garbage can and an apology

Response:Blue Diamond Disposal has replaced the garbage can on July 7 and a Manager did a follow-up visit with the customer.

Review: I was a 2 year customer of Blue Diamond Disposal. (March 2012-March 2014) I had a twice a month pickup and also 2-3 dumpsters that we filled by me, and removed by Blue Diamond. EACH month I would receive a phone call from "[redacted]" (AKA: billing/collections) stating that they did not receive my payment. My bill was due by the 15th of each month- and yet he would CALL my cell the first week of the month stating he did not receive my money. After 6 months of these month calls, I finally told mr [redacted] that I get paid each month on the 1st, and that Blue Diamond Disposal was the 3rd business of which I paid each month (AFTER my mortgage and car payment). I didn't understand why he needed to call me each month when my bill was paid ON TIME (if not before). He then explained to me that it was their policy for customers to pay ONE month in advance. I told him that I couldn't do this - as I didn't get paid A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I felt that this was absurd, but being in the postition of living in a township where the township didn't collect the trash -I felt I had no other recourse then to just 'deal' with the situation - knowing that I PAID my bill every month on time. I even got SHUT DOWN/NO PICKUP for owing a DOLLAR. Feb. 2014 -I received a notice that Blue Diamond would no longer be my trash pickup as of May 1st. I paid all my bills on time and have 2 pages of past payment history. Mr. [redacted] now tells me that I owe him the month of April 2014. I sent him a copy of my bank statements/echecks/etc showing that the monthly bill for April was indeed paid. NOW I get a letter in the mail saying that my April payment was appied to the March payment. First he didn't recieve it at all -- now the story changed to he got it but it was applied to the previous month. I have copies of ALL payments. This man is arrogant and harrassing. I am glad to no longer be in business with them. The billing dept. has much to be desiredDesired Settlement: to have this "MR [redacted]" off my back. I owe him nothing, and I have bank statements and canceled checks to prove this. Dated all the way back from 2012. The company changed my amount adding a 'dollar' to the account. I do all my banking ONLINE, and didn't see the addtional charge at first. When trash day was due for pick up, the company didn't come. After two days of still no pick up, I called Mr.[redacted] and he explained to me that I owed ONE DOLLAR and that he couldn't have a schedule pickup until I paid the dollar PLUS a Month in Advance. If I had paid a month in advance, then the month of May I would have paid BOTH Blue Diamond the $47.20 --and my new company ** Sanitation $46.20 (notice - **Sanitation does NOT charge that extra dollar that Blue Diamond did)

I wish to have this company STOP contacting me and have this resolved. I do not owe them anything!!

Blue Diamond Disposal understands the frustration when customers receive calls for unpaid bills when they believe they have been paying in a timely manner. We have further reviewed the account history, and we noticed that the October 15, 2012 invoice #[redacted] was paid January 7, 2013 by Blue Diamond Disposal's records. This is where the payments start to be paid late/misapplied to the wrong bill. The invoice #[redacted] dated October 15, 2012 looks like the real nonpayment/outstanding issue. I have attached the account history sorted by invoice number and date, and you can see where the mismatch payments start.

Based on the customer statement, we would need to see the payment they would have been sent in November 2012. Which is the time frame between the payments on October 5, 2012 and December 6, 2012

Since this issue is older than a year, we at Blue Diamond Disposal are going to credit the account for $47.12.

Blue Diamond Disposal apologizes for any problems that this may have caused. Bkue Diamond Disposal is working to improve customer service levels so problems like this one are corrected timely.
