Rocky Mountain Restoration came within hours of callingOur drainage pipe for the kitchen sink leaked at the exterior clean out and our plumber suggested to have it tested for mold Ryan and Dillion tested inside our kitchen cabinets for moisture and also probed into the drywall Luckily, we discovered the leak early enough that no interior moisture was discovered
Since we had to break out the block wall to get to the pipes, we will need to have block restoration done which their company does
Ryan and Dillion were very courteous, professional and answered all are questions!

Rocky Mountain Restoration has not provided timely services regarding repair work in a condominium unit damaged by a water leak The water leak occurred on June 4, and we have recieved multiple excuses for delays in getting the unit rent ready The owner of the unit has lost rental income for July, August and now September due to their inability to manage the project and have the repairs done in a timely manner

I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLCMy house experienced a water-leak that damaged some drywall located in the ceilingAfter contacting Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC, both Dillon Hansford and Dylan Miller on behalf of Rocky Mountain Restoration quickly visited and inspected my residenceThey provided a thorough inspection and explained the extent of the damage, which thankfully was minimalI was genuinely impressed with their honesty in conducting their evaluationOften times a business will push an unnecessary service or repair, even an appearance fee to do a walkthrough/inspectionThis was not the case with Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC and for this they have a lifelong loyal customerDillon and Dylan are consummate professionals and Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC is exceptional! I will use and refer their services in the future to anybody and everybody I know who experience an unfortunate situation such as mineIf ever I was in a situation where I needed restoration I know I would be in safe hands with this company
RMR is competent and they "do their job" But, they are ridiculously expensive They primarily get paid via insurance claims and are accustomed to very deep pocketsIf you're filing an insurance claim and someone else's money is paying the bill, why not! If you're a cash customer, think twice! They had a negative attitude towards this frugal cash customer, as if I was insulting them for wanting to keep costs down They didn't seem to appreciate my $1,000+ cash business and were borderline hostile responding to my requests for billing details My impression is that I was not valued at all - as a measly, insignificant $1,000+ cash customer I guess they only respect and appreciate those who "butter their bread" - the big insurance companies
This company, but especially Dillon and Jaren, were extremely helpful with my emergent water removal needsThey were efficient, friendly, and professional in a stressful time for me
