In February of 2015, after spending much time looking, my wife and I found a lovely park model to rent for January through March We put 50% down ($2400) to reserve it for us I in turn received a written agreement that it was to be rented to us for the specified months We were aware that the place was for sale, so when I brought this up, we were told by the owner that if sold, it would only be with the understanding that we would have it for the three months One Sunday afternoon in November 2015, we received a phone call from an irate person, whom we had never met, representing Blue Diamond, informing us that we would no longer have a place to go because he had sold it After his foul language and threats, I hung up
He called back immediately and said that he had a bad temper and was sorry that he went off on meI said that I had a written agreement to rent this place and that I did not need his services He stated that he would find us a better place to rent for unde

Worst company ever. I took my trailer and truck to sell as a pair they sold the truck before the trailer and then were unable to sell my trailer. Then I picked it up after 6 months with dead batteries and a missing power cord. They didnt follow the contract and I got screwed. Unethical and the worst company ever.

client.  It was after this occurred that the owner of the park modelasked me to inform her potential renter that it had been sold & she was refunding his deposit. I stated I would do her that favor.
I have no contractual agreement with this man, I have never met him, and I have no legal obligation toward him. 
A FAVOR for my customer is all that is involved.
Since  that time, he has tried to extort $500 from me stating I owe this to him for his discomfort on Sunday.
His issues are with the owner of the park model--NOT ME.

I sent a letter asking for $500 to by out my rental agreement, not for ruining my Sunday. They can twist the truth around all they want, but the facts are that they sold the park model that I had $2400 down and a written agreement to rent for Jan thru Mar 2016.  They called me and jumped all over my case as if I was the one who did something wrong. One can't talk to them about it because they just would not listen to my side at all.  I guess in AZ it must be ok to sell property even though someone has it rented with monies paid and a written agreement.

Thank you.To Whom It May Concern:As has been stated on several occasions, the issue of the rental agreement is between the former home owner and the renter. Blue Diamond Home and RV acted as the sales agent for the home and had no involvement with any rental agreements associated with the property. As a favor to the former owner, Mr. E[redacted] called Mr. [redacted]t, the renter, to inform him that the home had been sold.There was no contract between Blue Diamond Home and RV and Mr. [redacted]t. Mr. [redacted]t needs to contact the former home owner and deal directly with them on the issue of his contract.

Nothing has become of this. I have sent both the company and previous owner a letter stating that I felt that since I had a written agreement and had $ 2400 invested in good faith for over nine months, I did receive my original investment back in late November of 2015, someone should have ti buy out my agreement. Blue Diamond call and accused me of extortion.Desired Settlement: I feel legally that someone should have to buy out my agreement.

I received nothing but harassment from this company while I had my monies tied up in good faith
