I am looking for information re: Blue Diamond Painting and Contracting. This company is operated by a Keith J. Brulatour. February or 2015 he did a scam on my daughter for over $3,000.00. She was able to get a Judgment against him for $3,497.00. He has over $10,000.00 in Judgements against him. Mr. Brulatour has been arrested in the States of New York and Florida. Review: We contacted Blue Diamond Painting and Contracting Company in April 2015 (on ** APR) requesting an estimate for a painting job and bathroom re-tile. [redacted], a member of this company (may be an [redacted]?) provided us a quote to do the work for $1825 stating on the quote they would start the work on ** April. We would have to supply the materials. We also made a deposit of $1080. The company failed to deliver the service. We called back and forth every day from appx. ** April to * May, and we were told [redacted] was on his way - and never did he show up or apologize. When I called to complain to them, they basically accepted no responsibility. They lack work ethic, integrity, and their customer service is unacceptable. We are now waiting for our deposit back and foresee another struggle receiving it back - although we are willing to fight for our rights as customers. Blue Diamond Painting and Contracting is not a legit company - a SCAM. I am concerned others will be fooled by them. This complaint is related to a health issue because the representative, [redacted], took advantage of the fact that my husband was recovering from major surgery and maintained primary contact (lied to) him. This business should be flagged against use due to their complete disregard of others and inability to follow through on their proposals. All documentation (proposal and deposit slips are available).Desired Settlement: We want our deposit of $1080 back. We have supporting documentation of deposits made.
