Do not trust themThere is a contract no matter what they sayI called to ask about there services for my business opening June of I was told by [redacted] that I should lock in the fee prices by signing up, my account would be on hold until I open next year and that I could cancel anytime with out fees because there was no contractThey charged me My business is not open nor did I even have equipment to process cardsThey charged me $a month for two months and a cancellation fee of $two timesLied to me to get his bonuses and quotas
Blue Dog Business Services is the best credit card processing company that I have worked with I have tried Square, PayPal, Flagship, and Canyan, and they don't compare to Blue Dog What I like about Blue Dog is their second to none customer support, and the extent of information I can include in the receipts The way the receipts are set up, I can easily search for them in my email, and because I charge cards on average a month, the ability to easily search for them helps tremendously
Do not trust them. There is a contract no matter what they say. I called to ask about there services for my business opening June of 2017. I was told by [redacted] that I should lock in the fee prices by signing up, my account would be on hold until I open next year and that I could cancel anytime with out fees because there was no contract. They charged me 1083.00. My business is not open nor did I even have equipment to process cards. They charged me $46.50 a month for two months and a cancellation fee of $495.00 two times. Lied to me to get his bonuses and quotas.
