I am forwarding you the information for Mr [redacted] ***, whom toured with BlueDolphin Charters on Sunday,8/27/ Mr [redacted] did book through our website online He booked our hour Niihau Island/ [redacted] Snorkel/Scuba Tour.I have included the emails between Mr [redacted] and Blue Dolphin Charters I think the important thing is that he did not know what tour or even the company he was booking a trip with.Enclosed is a copy of the webpage description and the booking form,both which shows the price and that scuba diving is an upgrade option for an additional cost He acknowledges that he did not book any upgrades and the fact that he assumed that meant no [redacted] is not our fault[ We did have other passengers on the boat that did book on our website online and did manage to select the upgrade for scuba diving I also have a copy of Mr***'s reservation confirmation e-mail.To settle investigation of Mr***'s Complaint, he did not pay for any dives, for there should not be any refundHe did pay for the hour Niihau Island/ [redacted] Coast Tour, which he did on August 27, 2017.I do welcome your feedback and comments
