e-mail, letter, or phone call in the intervening years, until now. [redacted] is also incorrect, for the record, in stating that she was told that a deadline existed to either pick up her certificate or take the exam, or that she would have to re-take the course, or that her records were "destroyed" (they are computerized and took 30 seconds to locate). None of those claims are accurate. In order to take the national certification exam at ABC, all [redacted] has to do is sit for a one-day review class with us (which is free of charge). She can cal ###-###-#### for the date of the next review class, which are given montly. She should bring her certificate to both the review class and the exam (she is also free to take the national exam elsewhere, if she wishes). It is unfortunate that the complainant chose to bother the Revdex.com with this matter, as it could have been settled instantly by the School Director with a single query.
