Review: My name, which legally changed on May 11, 2015, was formerly [redacted]. As [redacted], I published a book with Blue Dolphin Publishing called [redacted]. In other channels, I have sold thousands of copies of this book, well over 2000 copies. I published with Blue Dolphin in 2005. In 2005, I was told that after they made back their approximately $2000 that they fronted to publish my book, they would pay me royalties. As I say, the other channels selling my book through other publishers have sold thousands of copies. I called over the years, left messages, sent emails. Other than a meager $50-$150 royalty check(s) in 2005, for almost 11 years now, I have never had an account of how many of my books have sold. Nor have I received a penny from Blue Dolphin Publishing. That's not honest. All of my other book publishers constantly, every quarter at least, show how many books have sold, how much money has been made, how much money you've earned. I need to know: how many books have I sold in the last 11 years, and I need a royalty check sent to me a.s.a.p. for those books that have sold. Furthermore, I need to be kept "in the loop" in the future with how my book is selling and what my earned royalties are. Please do not withhold tax and send a check with royalty account to me a.s.a.p. so that I do not have to pursue further action.Desired Settlement: I need to know: how many books have I sold in the last 11 years, and I need a royalty check sent to me a.s.a.p. for those books that have sold.
