First, I have not cashed the check in questionI was told to never contact them again, and threatened with legal action if I did., As a result I have not contacted [redacted] and I have been sitting in limbo waiting on a chance to resolve this matterI will be more than happy to review the invoice in question with [redacted] if I am given a fair chance to do soI will do this only if [redacted] will refrain from name calling and threatening legal action on meI also do not appreciate Me [redacted] writing "thieves" on the return envelope and I am in the process of getting legal representation in that matterI do not appreciate all the foul language contained in his return letter sent to my company separately from the Revdex.comI will fax a copy of that letter, the uncashed check and the return envelope to the Revdex.com directly for their records as wellThe second invoice in question was [redacted] The call came in at 7:am on June 23rdand was for [redacted] *The problem reported was a "smell coming out of the showerThe odor was found to be with the toilet not completely seal to the floorWe caulked around the toilet as notedIf there is some concern that [redacted] feels is in error, I would sincerely appreciate it if were reported back to our office rather than resorting to name calling and contacting the Revdex.com over something that we are more than happy to correct if there is a problem.We have been in business for over years and all I ask of customers is to report any concerns back to this office for a resolveIf [redacted] is not acceptable to resolving this matter I will ask the Revdex.com for a binding arbitration and I will seek legal action if [redacted] continues to slander my name or the name of my companySincerely, David H*** , PresidentDavid H [redacted] PlumbingDocuments will be faxed from [redacted] There will be the check copy, the statement filled with obscenities, and an envelope with the word "thieves" handwritten be side the name of David H [redacted] Plumbing

My plumber Niles did in fact install a kitchen sink faucet provided to us by *** ***After installing the faucet that was provided to us, it was determined that there was a problem with the internal diverter for the sprayerIt would have been impossible for Niles to have
broken the diverter because it is an internal partNiles did however try to swap the diverters from the old faucet with the new faucet and also went and purchased a new diverter and installed it in the sink faucet provided to us by Mr*** to no avail and for which Mr*** was not charged for the attempted repairIt was then recommended that the faucet be returned to the original retail outlet from which it was purchased for warranty service.As with every other retail out, we do not warranty any product that we do not sellThat is why every consumer needs to save their receipts and return any defective products directly to the original retail outletIf Mr*** or Mr*** still have their receipt I would suggest again for the faucet to be returned to the original retail outlet from which it was purchased for a free replacement or a full refundI appreciate the business of Mr*** and Mr*** as I do all my customersWe are a family owned and operated business of over years and our goal is to provide the best possible service that we can to our loyal customersI apologize for any inconveniences or misunderstandings caused on our part

After speaking with parties involved including I do not wish to pursue the matter; it isnt worth it. I disagree with the bill for a leak, howeverTell the respondent to cash the check for all monies billed to end the relationship and we will have nothing further to do with the companyI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

As I stated previously, we do not warranty any parts or fixtures provided by the customerThis faucet and be warrantied through the retailerIf the customer feels that there was any liability on our part for a trying to make a defective faucet work, I will be happy to provide the information in regards to the carrier of my liability insurance

Mr H*** is dragging this out, there was no warranty of the product! his employee broke off a piece saying that he "hates when the manufacturer puts this in because it can cause low water pressure"To my knowledge it was never broken until HIS employee broke it, now he is saying it is a manufacture problem? I do not know why he keeps dragging this out about a warranty, I need him to reimburse me so that I can purchase a new one, at least I am not asking him to pay for a new install on top of that!Mr H*** needs to make this right! *** ***
