Contracted with them 8-14 to stain the exterior of the house. They did not prepare the house correctly - no caulking, loose boards not fastened, holes not filled, rough boards not sanded. Stain not applied correctly - sprayed on 1 coat rather than applying 2 coats by roller/brush, the top eaves were not painted at all, there is overspray on the windows, the house looks patchy and worse than before they started. A storm window was removed and stolen from my property. They gave me a low ball price and proceeded to charge outrageous surcharges for a change in color when it didn't match their chip, and wanted to charge extra for the garage door.
They would not submit to arbitration.
