Scott H*** from Blue Dot construction signed a roof replacement contract with me back in November, and I paid them the 60% down payment of $12,In early 2016, Scott called me and said that he will not be able to proceed with the project due to financial difficultiesIt is now July, and he has still not started the project neither has he delivered any materialI will now be taking legal action to get my money back
