I do not accept the response
of Blue Fin Pool ("the business") due to the following reasons -
I was never contacted by a representative of Blue Fin Pool, as was stated to the Revdex.com representative during phone contact with themThere was no attempt to contact me via phone or e-mail to come to a resolution of the complaint
We were overcharged for the services that were rendered by Blue Fin PoolThe flyer that was sent via mail states a package price of $for a pool closingCharges for "additional" items were not discussed or disclosed until we received a final billIn addition, we were charged $for an above ground pool cover installation, when in reality, our pool layout and deck construction calls for a $in ground pool cover installation (pricing and installation requirements per the phone conversation with the Blue Fin "manager" in November of 2014)
In November of 2014, we negotiated with the Blue Fin Pool "manager" and agreed upon a final balance of $for the pool closing, additional materials, and services that were renderedA final payment check was sent on 12/31/months later (7/2015), the Blue Fin Pool collections manager decided that they wanted to collect the "unpaid balance" and began sending us invoices and threats of collection actionsWe contacted Blue Fin Pool again and re-iterated that we had already paid the balance that was negotiated with the "manager" in November of We were told that the "manager" had since been let go and that any agreements made by this person were null and voidOn 8/26/15, we sent Blue Fin Pool copies of the documentation that we have on file for their reviewThe only response that was received from them regarding the issue was an invoice and threat of collection actions
Our expectation is to at the very least be refunded the final payment of $that was made to Blue Fin Pool on 9/30/The only reason that this was paid at all was to avoid the collection actions that were being threatenedWe negotiated in good faith with a "manager" of Blue Fin Pool in November of and reached an agreed upon settlement amount of $391.41, which was paid via check on 12/31/It is not clear why the "manager" that we negotiated with in December of was let go, but it would seem than an agreement made by an employee in good standing at the time should be honored by the business
The requirement for a successful resolution to this issue is that the final payment amount of $be refunded to the credit card on which it was charged by November 20, If this is not done, my intention is to file a fraud complaint with the MN State Attorney General's office

Attached is a copy of both front & back of the postcard the consumer is referring toHe claims "additional" items were not disclosedThe back of the postcard clearly states what is included in a Pool ClosingIt also states we carry a full line of winter accessoriesWhen making an appointment the customer states what services he/she would like doneAn invoice of the work performed is also attached
As far as a negotiated price, there are no notes on fileThe consumer has not produced any documentation to prove otherwiseAnd a "name" of a manager has not been given that he claims he spoke with
