For the return of a dry piece of equipment to our store, our policy is this: “If a customer is not satisfied with a dry product, then the customer can return the product with original receipt within days of purchase dateThe dry product must be in original condition and box unopened.
Only store credit can be given in exchange for any returned product, never cash or returns on a credit card. Products purchased as "used" are bought as is and cannot be returned under any circumstance.There are no returns on any glass products. This includes, but is not limited to, aquariums, light bulbs, glass lids, glass heaters, etc.” This policy is no secret, and is blatantly displayed on our front desk right by our register. After returning a product, it must be able to be placed back on the shelves and resold. We will absolutely accept returns if they fall into the reasonable guidelines that are visibly laid out for every customer that enters our store
