This consumer was referred by her mother. We got her credit qualified, and gave $50 off installation. Her oven needed a new igniter which she agreed to, then it was found the safety valve was bad upon testing. She got a used range, we came out and tested, found a leak with the oven safety. we did...
not charge for the 2nd visit where there in normally a 1/2 labor charge for coming out. The got a third range, this one new, we told her there would be the 1/2 hr charge to come out, and she stated to take our stuff off her property at that time. We refunded her $67 for the propane that was in her tank. The 1st charges were stripped down to a minimum and we will not refund any further.
