I had the EXACT SAME BAD EXPERIENCE with Palm Air Realty! Not only are Anne (the owner) and Heather (her assistant) rude, arrogant, condescending and unprofessional, they have significantly increased their prices on old, outdated rentals also with zero updates! No respect for their customers, ESPECIALLY RETURNING CUSTOMERS! Anne, the owner, laughed and advised me that my "one little bad review ain't going to make a difference in her business!" We have rented from Anne and Palm Air Realty since We were hoping to rent again this year, but because of first being told one price for a rental by this company BUT, when I called back to actually make a reservation, they quoted me a HIGHER priceNot honoring original quotes is TERRIBLE business! Apparently the owner got mad because I called her out on the website not having certain extra fees listed! As I read their website I laughed because it is deceiving as wellThey could care less about customers as their customer service is lacking! I was refunded my money but was then told "Not to ever call them again." I laughed at that because not only will I never call I will make sure to right a bad review on every review area available and personally tell everyone I know not to use them!
