Review: I ordered a dress Sunday afternoon on 12/**. I called Blue fly representative 12/** and she indicated the order would be cancelled and I would receive an email. I checked and the order was not cancelled. I called again and the representative said she emailed to the wrong email. It has not cancelled and the charge is pending mu [redacted], The order has not been shipped. I want this cancelled. I do not understand why representative can just lie and the advertisement states clearly if returned by 1/** all money will be refunded. I think they are taking their time to process so I cannot return the item.

Review: 5.**.13 - Purchased a new beaded Parker NY evening Dress from Bluefly.com with standard shipping 5.**.13 - Dress arrived in used condition - not new. Parker NY Dresses should arrive with tag intact and a package of spare beads for the dress included 5.**.13 - Called into Customer service, and spoke with [redacted], who was very apologetic and gracious. She sent out a replacement dress to me via 2-day UPS mail. Then she sent me the information via email to return the poor condition dress to Bluefly. 5.**.13 - UPS picked up the return package for Bluefly 5.**.13 - The replacement dress arrives. It is in even worse condition than the original. Again no new tag attached, and there are no spare beads included. What is worse is that the dress was damaged and had missing beads under the armpits of the dress. It had clearly been worn, damaged, returned, and restocked to sell again to another customer. I immediately called Bluefly back to aprise them of the issue. Again I worked with [redacted] in Customer Service. She profusely apologized, and said she could send out another dress. I agreed and asked that she contact the warehouse to ensure that someone physically checked the new replacement dress for damage and to verify that it was in new condition with tag and replacement beads attached. [redacted] said she would take care of this, and guaranteed me a call back personally on Friday 5.**.13 to confirm that she was sending me a new dress and that it was indeed checked to be in new condition prior to shipment. I stressed to her that I wanted to make sure one got send out as soon as possible - the dress had been marked down and I anticipated that it would likely sell out if it wasn't acted on promptly. I also expressed a desire to price match the purchase to the current newly marked down price. [redacted] agreed and said this could be done. 5.**.13 - Never received a call from Bluefly as promised 5.**.13 - Received email notification that my return had been received by Bluefly but would take up to 10 business days to process 5.**.13 - Return of originally purchased Dress #1 was processed 5.**.13 - Received a call from the Customer Service Representatitive that she had CONFIRMED that they did indeed have a replacement dress in stock, and that a warehouse supervisor had personally verified it to be in new condition with tags attached and spare beads included. 5.**.13 - Called into Customer Service to verify that the replacement dress had been sent out, and confirm that they had price matched the sale price. Instead I was told that the order was never placed, and that the evening dress in question had sold out of stock between the voicemail I received last night and today. I asked to speak with the manager, [redacted] stated that they do not guarantee to hold any inventory despite that I was promised a new dress to replace NOW 2 dresses that had been sold and delivered in not-new or damaged quality. [redacted] offered no resolution other than to offer me a discount on a future purchase. (I don't know that I will be making any future purchases after this experience - so this is not a worthy fix). I asked that a new dress be sent out right away in new condition a week ago to avoid having to worry about Bluefly going out of stock. My order was placed before they were out of stock. Yet they did not hold an item much less send one out to me as I requested and was promised to be on the phone.Desired Settlement: I want the dress I ordered in the condition it was advertised online: A NEW dress with TAGS and SPARE BEADS intact. I want the price to be matched to the clearance price that it was discounted to while this was going on of $84.99
