This company have me the wrong product, then asked me to ship it back to receive the proper items. They then passed me off between people, ignored me, gave me the run around, and when I had enough and asked for a refund then continued the games. They first tried to over me extra product for free, but I was not going to do business with them after everything I’ve been through. Several weeks of my company’s manufacturing put on hold. I was passed from one person to another who then said they would forward to CFO for refund, the referred back to another person and the run around continued. It’s 5,000 USD I am owed.
Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We have spoken with the customer and taken care of this matter. We issued a check for the full refund and the customer was satisfied with our response.
