*** initially was willing to have some much needed repairs to the property we were interested in,but prior to signing our lease agreement we met with *** *** at the property per my request -she was very rude and only had excuses re what still needed repair -*** seemed to have agreed with her -after our application fee was paid they were completely unhelpful -thank God we did not rent from them,not only do they not maintain their properties and treat prospective renters poorly,not maintain the properties and charge fees for everything- do not rent from them

Failure to provide money from my closed account
I closed my account with Blue Fox on 7/31/At the time of closing I was told by *** *** *** "we have up to days to give you the money we owe you, but I'll make sure you get it before that."
On 9/9/2018, days later, I emailed *** *** to ask where my money wasShe never responded to my email so I emailed again on 9/11/I was told at that time that they were "looking into it"
Later that day I sent an email asking when I would receive my money*** *** didn't bother to respond so I sent a follow up email on 7/She responded at that time saying she "understood I was frustrated" but still not telling me when I would receive my money
Later that day I emailed saying if I didn't get an answer as to when I would receive my money I would file a Revdex.com complaintTo this, she responded "Unfortunately there is nothing more for me to say in these regards."

I was charged to clear a preexisting clogged drain Further, Blue Fox prevented me from paying online, so I was charged check processing fee
On 8/4/2015, I was charged $for a drain clog that was preexisting The clog was in a bathroom I don't use, and only discovered when a guest was using the bathroom almost a year after I moved in I was willing provide a photo to Blue Fox showing the clog consisted of hair from the former tenants I asked *** *** the property manager, on several occasions (the latest on 5/2/2016), to remove the chargeeach time she refuses, stating the owner approved the charge
The original charge of $was decreased by $when my rent increased I paid full rent (less the disputed charge), but Blue Fox failed to pass the rent increase on to the owner, instead, credited my account The balance on my account has remained at $
Until last April, I paid my rent online to avoid a $check processing fee I was able to d
