there for 1 year max. I have attached the flaws sheet that I filled out when moving in. Why did Blue Frog advise they were going to come out and measure for new carpet on several occasions, if the carpet is in excellent shape. Blue Frog did not submit me the year that carpet was purchased. The age of the carpet would be important information. Also, the move out requirements stated carpet had to be vaccumed only, not professionally cleaned. The fact they do not have a lease with me, as noted in their letter response, I am unsure why I am liable for any charges. I agree there was cleaning that had to be done there, that I did not get too. I have contacted Bellevue Water Dept. as they have been paid twice now. I left a message for a call back, to see if they will either refund Blue Frog or refund myself. I am willing to accept the $700.00 refund issued to me from Blue Frog and close this complaint.
