This complaint is in no way accurate. [redacted] property has no ruts, just muddy tracks which have since washed away. I have not "demanded" payment I have simply requested that we be paid for services rendered. The agreement clearly states that if the [redacted] need to alter their...
account in any way, all they need do is to call our office. Recently sent paperwork also clearly states that her account is active and that a treatment would be applied shortly.We got no response to that contact.
$53.00 is not worth arguing for. I have reduced her account balance by the current amount due.
Review: Blue Grass Landscaping provided lawn fertilizer application service for my home last summer. They called me to renew my order for this year, and I told them we were moving and I did not need the service. They called two additional times and I said we were moving (the 3rd time I told them not to call me anymore) Then, on April 8, they showed up to put weed killer / fertilizer on my lawn. I ran out to stop the application and they are charging me. They claim they never called me, and that it was an automatic renewal. Since I did not call them directly, and they are claiming it was someone other than them making the calls, I have agreed to pay for the one application and they will not apply any additional. If it is them making the calls - this is unethical. If it is not, they need to find out who is doing it because it has caused a problem. I expect them never to contact me again.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop contacting me, and if I receive even a mailing, I will consider it harassment.

[redacted] was never called by us and I had suggested that perhaps she was speaking with someone from another company. There is only 1 person working in my office and that is me. There is no women employed by my company as she indicates that she spoke with a woman from our company.
She has sent 3 emails to me requesting we stop contacting her from this date forward. This is not necessary as one request would be adequate.
Perhaps she could stop contacting me to request that I stop contacting her.
Total amount due is 190.88. Full payment is expected and due for services rendered.
