Several months ago I had ordered a repro civil war CS navy uniform form this vendor ,as of todays date 11/16/2013 has yet to deliver the items I've order. I have tried several times to contact him by phone and email but no answer.I hve giving him enough time to deliver the items,and the one time I have spoken to him he said he had some of the items in stock .So what is the problem ???.
