Blue Heron Construction did an excellent job for us. They were very professional and friendly. The estimate was very detailed and the work was accomplished quickly and efficiently We are very satisfied with the entire work from beginning to end. We would recommend this company without reservation.

Ms. [redacted] called to respond to the businesses letter. She stated that the claims the business has made are fabricated and at this time the business has all of the money from the insurance to repair her home and there is still outstanding work that was not done by the business. Ms. [redacted] states that the laminate floors have been paid for and picked up by the business but not installed. There needs to be installation done in the living room, kitchen, hall, master bedroom, a full bath and a half bath. There is outstanding carpet that needs to be installed in 2 bedrooms and a toilet, sink and baseboards need to be replaced. There are ceiling fans there that need to be install that have not been completed.  The backspace in the kitchen has not been done and the under mote sink needs to be reset. There were two coats of paint covered in the insurance money and these had not been corrected.The consumer states that the business had her sign over all of the check to Billy directly, and does not have any copies of documentation because of the length of time this was take all of her items are booked. The customer is requesting the job to be finished, since the business has the floors and the insurance money.

This company was superb. Our insurance company suggested them after a chimney fire which involved some very complex and artistic aspects. The company was superb about everything including costs. Everything was handled with first rate construction workers who also were extremely sensitive to our schedule, needs and wishes. That was a year ago and we're still happy.
