Review: I received an unsatisfactory product from [redacted] at Blue Heron Industries, Inc. I sent the product back and have not received my refund of $852.00. He will NOT return my phone calls, emails or text messages. He promised me that I would receive my products by July 13th and I did not. So he promised me a $100 credit and then he promised that I would have them for my debut party for my clothing label on July 25th if he had to drive to ** himself and I still did not receive anything. I finally received the shipment of shirts on Tuesday, July 30th. I informed him that the product was AWFUL!! He asked me what was wrong. I then asked him if he even saw the shirts before I received them. He said, "No". I told him that I was sending the entire box back and wanted a full refund. He agreed to a refund by the end of the week August 10th...I have received NOTHING!! He will not answer my calls, texts or emails. Please help me...Desired Settlement: I would like Blue Heron Industries, Inc./[redacted] to refund my money for shirts in the amount of $852.25 ASAP!

Review: Company agreed to and issued us a credit in the amount of $149.79 after miss shipping and shipping late an order for $3546.04. Although the $149.79 credit was not enough for the inconvenience to re-deliver the order to our customer, we agreed to the credit. We then requested a refund to our credit card or a check payment and [redacted] (owner) refused but said that we could use the credit toward future orders. We then placed an order to start to use up our credit on account but company never shipped the order and did not return several phone calls and emails. After some 45 days on no response from Blue Heron, we cancelled the order and issued to another vendor/supplier.Desired Settlement: $149.79

Review: the business did not deliver products. the products ordered were prepaid in order for the company to accept an order. the failed to deliver and have refused to credit back the charges and no longer respond to calls and emailsDesired Settlement: I want a refund of the monies paid to the company for failure to deliver products purchased.

Review: Ordered over $250 worth of shirts from this company, never got the shirts, they will not answer, customer service phone, email, or live chat about this issue and others. 4 separate orders, took almost a month to get the first 12 shirts, after that they dropped the ball big-time, spent too much time chasing this company's bad customer service lines. Beware. They offer a no-fear guarantee on their website, which is false advertising. They state: "NO FEAR GUARANTEE

Here's the deal - If we screw your order up and you recieve something that is materially* different from what you actually ordered, we will replace it right away or refund your money. No excuses- period! [redacted] CEO

*Blue Heron represents that all garments are sold as first quality and within manufactures standards and that all decorating conforms to "industry standard" quality. We cannot accept returns for differences in color on your monitor. All files are printed exactly as presented. All claims must be made within 72 hours. Return Authorization required. Customer pays return freight. Blue Heron reserves the right to issue credits in the form of check, cash or EFT or credit card refund."

All claims to be made within 24 hours is impossible, you don't even get your shirts in 24 hours, and if you do get them, it's almost a month later. I have been given the run-around on this one by the staff, all my calls bounced to voicemail and no call-backs from anyone at this company. They took my money and didn't provide the products ordered online.Desired Settlement: Full refund for items not received as per their guarantee. I was also not satisfied with the logo placement of two earlier shirts I ordered which were not placed according to "center heart logo" instructions. As per their website I phoned inquiring about the missing items after they had not showed up 1 week after due date.
