I had a wonderful experience with Blue Home Loans. I found them via the Internet while shopping to refi. They had excellent reviews. [redacted] reached out to me and added me to their mortgage rate watch, so I received daily rate quotes. I appreciated this feature. I didn't have too much time to intercept daily phone calls from other lenders, as I work full time. Once rates were rising, I talked to [redacted] to lock in my rate. All documents were sent in via email or uploaded, which was super convenient. Working with [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] was great. They kept me informed and the whole process was very simple and quick from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them again for any of our refi needs.

I had my mortgage refinanced in August/September with Blue Home Loans. Unlike many of the other companies that I had spoken with, Brandon, who happens to be the CEO/Owner, contacted me directly. Throughout the entire process, I had quick and easy access to Brandon. Some of the company's other attributes include:
1) Taking time to make sure I understand every step of the process: in my past experiences, many other companies would have a sales representative sell me a quote, and after I lock in with them, they would stop contacting me; making the rest of the process extremely frustrating. I had no issues whatsoever with Blue Home Loans.
2) Competitive rates: when I had told Brandon about another competitor's quote, he politely asked me to give him about half a day and he actually beat the quote. I extremely appreciated not only the effort, but the time he took to do his due diligence.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company and I will very most likely be using their services again few years down the road.
