Mr. [redacted],We are in receipt of your file number [redacted]. The complaint states that the customer talked to the company on July 5, 2015. That is false. We keep detailed call logs of every person, customer, vendor or wrong number that contacts our company to ensure every call is handled properly. We...

also have looked through all email correspondence and there has been no business contact made by the customer in at least two and a half years. The facts are as follows:1)      The irrigation system was installed, completed and correctly operational in October 2011.2)      Cincinnati Landscaping LLC winterized the system in November of 2011.3)      Cincinnati Landscaping LLC opened the system in April 2012 and found the system correctly operational.4)      Cincinnati Landscaping LLC offers a One Year Warranty on Irrigation systems that it maintains only.5)      The warranty for the aforementioned irrigation system expired in October 2012.6)      In terms of leaks in irrigation systems, there is no way for Cincinnati Landscaping LLC to know whether the systems was correctly maintained after October of 2012 and furthermore, specifically, whether the system was winterized correctly.7)      Irrigation systems are subject to freezing during the winter months and if a correct winterization was not completed, freezing would be the result. The issues listed in the complaint are indicative of freezing damage.8)      Any and all issues regarding a defect in materials or workmanship would have been discovered within the first 12 months.9)      The system was working properly at the time the warranty expired.10)   Cincinnati Landscaping LLC has an impeccable record of responding to and correcting customers issues. Irrigation systems are, because of the climate in Greater Cincinnati, maintenance intensive. Cincinnati Landscaping LLC shares the ongoing maintenance concerns with its customers prior to engaging an irrigation installation. While we are compassionate to the issues listed in the complaint, Cincinnati Landscaping LLC has fulfilled its obligation under the original engagement. Sincerely,[redacted] Manager

Ben [redacted] determined that after taking a soil sample from the yard, some organic soil prep was necessary—essentially nutrients needed for sod to grow. Ben proposed prepping the soil and then replacing with new sod at no cost to us.
