My complaint concerns the locations on St. Charles Rock Rock and on Page. I have had 3 new trucks since 2017. One got scratched in 2017, and they refuse to pay to repair it. In 2018 they scratched another truck, and refused to pay to repair it. Now this year, March 4, they have half torn off a luggage rack, and the owner says that he looked at the video tape, and it does show the washer taking the rack off of the truck, he says he is not going to pay for it, that FORD needs to pay for it. Plus there are new scratches.
The attached 2 letters are from a customer who is a frequent flyer (complainer) at multiple Blue Iguana locations. On 5/15/2019, the customer washed at our facility at *** claiming damage. The site manager pulled the footage from our camera system and showed the customer that they entered the property with the claimed damage. Now on 3/6/2020, they are back and complaining that we once again damaged their vehicle and once again we offered footage showing that they came to us with the damage. We will not take responsibility for damage that a customer brings to our property. That was explained in detail to Mr. Watson by both location managers.
