They cleaned up well after and used high quality equipment for the cheapest price in town$for a zone systemThey use Rainbird and Hunter equipmentThere was a miscommunication between the owner who came to quote the install and the project lead, but was happily fixed the following day while we were at workThe reason for this con was when I asked the project lead during the install he didn't speak enough English to understand my questions and wasn't able to explain to me very well how things workedSystems works great though and I can't complain with the excellent customer service and value for the price

I called Blue Irrigation out to my home to access my sprinkler system because my timer was off My sprinkler system was going off when I wasn't expecting it to go off Marcos Rojas came to my home, and reset my system I told him that I wanted to upgrade my system to assure proper coverage for my grass What he recommended overall hasn't worked for me He had his workers come out and replace several sprinkler headsThe new sprinkler heads leak water, and a few are not reaching areas directly underneath the heads because the heads are too high I called them back, and they came back once, and little was done, the problem remains Recently, I've contacted Marcos several times, and he doesn't return the callsFinally, he returned the call, I was trying to tell him about my problems, and we were disconnected, I called him back immediately several times, and he never picked up the phone A few days later he texted me, and told me someone was on there way to my homeI was at work I advised him that I have a life It was useless for someone to come to my house, and I wasn't thereHe then texted, and asked when would be a good time I told him Saturday at 1:p.m., it's now 3:p.mon 9-26-15, and it's been a no show His service is as bad as his product I just called him to request a refundOf course, I had to leave a voice mail messageThere's suppose to be a warranty on his work We will see I've never written a review However, I've paid him $385.00, and to no avail I know there are others out there like me who work for a living, and don't have money to waste, nor do they like being ignored when they have spent money, on a product/service that hasn't met your needs When I met Marcus, he wasn't lacking in personalityI'm truly the type of person who trust until you show me that I can'tMy profession is social work This type of practice is not good for the common good of society I strongly believe, an injustice somewhere, is an injustice everywhere I don't want any one to have the experience that I'm having with Blue IrrigationBefore, I didn't notice that this company is not Revdex.com accreditedHowever, I will file a formal complaint with Revdex.com BE AWARE!!!

They cleaned up well after and used high quality equipment for the cheapest price in town. $1500 for a 4 zone system. They use Rainbird and Hunter equipment. There was a miscommunication between the owner who came to quote the install and the project lead, but was happily fixed the following day while we were at work. The reason for this con was when I asked the project lead during the install he didn't speak enough English to understand my questions and wasn't able to explain to me very well how things worked. Systems works great though and I can't complain with the excellent customer service and value for the price.

I don't want any one to have the experience that I'm having with Blue Irrigation. Before, I didn't notice that this company is not Revdex.com accredited. However, I will file a formal complaint with Revdex.com. BE AWARE!!!
