When the client contacted BlueIsle to request the information earlier in 2014, we worked with ADP to provide everything they needed to file the reportsWe did in fact provide ADP with ALL the information that we had available in a timely mannerWe also contacted the client on multiple

BlueIsle Bookkeeping requested the payroll information from ADP for the entire fiscal year, and has now filed the reports that ADP should have filedWe will certainly work with IRS and EDD in order to resolve the outstanding issuesWe do this work COMPLETELY free of charge in order to satisfy the client

I am rejecting this response because: I don't know if it was sent or not, but I have had trouble getting phone calls and emails returned in the past I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there I have had noproblems receiving any of the other emails they have sent, so I don't know why this would be different And through all of this, I still have never been responded to by the lady who was supposed to handle my booksI am appreciative that *** is stepping up to the plate on behalf of the other bookkeeper and helping us move past this As of today, I still have no reports that the filings have taken place

Review: We had to part ways in 2013 with Blue Isle Bookkeeping services because of delay in call backs and customer service issues. We would have to follow up with many calls and emails just to contact our bookkeeper. We were using Blue Isle for monthly reconciliation services and payroll. When we finally cancelled services we found out that the reason we didn't get our monthly reports was because the books were months behind although we had been paying every month. Blue Isle did admit fault and refund a few months of bookkeeping services.The current issue and reason for the complaint is that blue isle did not file our payroll reports with the IRS for the time that we were processing with them. After switching to ADP, ADP offered to file the returns and worked for months to get the needed information from [redacted] and [redacted]. All that was needed was proof of deposits. Months later, our bank accounts have been liened by the IRS. ADP had to close the file when Blue Isle stopped returning their calls and emails. Over the last week, Blue Isle has been contacted daily by both ADP and our company with no response. All we request is the payroll information that ADP needs in order to file the return.Desired Settlement: All we request is the payroll information that ADP needs in order to file the return.

To date, BlueIsle Bookkeeping has again requested the missing information from the client, and still has not received it.
