We are looking into this matter and order.  I should clarify we have zero emails and zero phone calls from this customer.   The sign they ordered was delivered on 12/20/16   [redacted]   Above is the tracking...

number.   The other two items should have shipped from another warehouse.  I am verifying with them if they have tracking info.  If it was never sent would you like us to have it sent or refunded?   Jay
