Review: I purchased a pair of Beats By Dre Studio headphones sold by bluekangaroos.com through rakuten.com (bluekangaroos was the merchant). Purchase date was Oct. 27, 2013. Rakuten.com order #72[redacted]295, SKU [redacted]. The product description's manufacturer was listed as Beats. On July 27, 2014 the headphones started making a horrible static noise. Following rakuten's and bluekangaroos' instructions, I contacted Beats By Dre as it should be covered by their 1 year warranty. I sent them to Beats By Dre for warranty replacement. They determined that they are fake Beats By Dre. I then contacted bluekangaroo.com directly. They told me "I am sorry for your trouble, but we no longer sell beats and your order is out of warranty and we have nothing we can offer.". I told them I wanted a refund because they sold me counterfeit Beats By Dre headphones. Again, they said there was nothing they can do. Bluekangaroos.com scammed me. I just want my $174.39 refund.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded my $174.39. They can have the fake Beats By Dre headphones back.
