Basement renovation project is delayed for 3 months and it is nowhere near complete.
Contractor makes empty promises and keeps finding excuses to not do any work. Original project was planned for 2 months and we are now going on the 5th months and it is nowhere near done.
My family life is disrupted by being in this never ending construction mode and we incur extra cost for keeping postponing furniture deliveries. I need the contractor to finish the work as soon as possible or return my payment for unfinished work.

The customers complaints are not all valid this has been challenging from both sides to say the least. Firstly we started the relationship off really good and customer wanted to get started quick so that is what I did and that was a mistake without doing all selections and getting approvals from client before getting the ball rolling typically we do all selections and go to suppliers to get everything signed off and planing takes two weeks we started to frame and than started doing selections.Once we had started the customers husband started making numerous changes while guys were on site without any approvals and change orders and to keep the job moving guys were told to move ahead. We encountered a major set back with under ground plumbing which failed inspections and original plumber was fired due to ***, we than got that approved and found out the customer wanted the gas line added as this was a scpoe of some outside woprk that would have been connected to gas meter from the outside in a trench so this also created delay and a re inspection, we than set off to approve cabinets and customers went over the budget of the quote once explained these would be extras as well the gas line and drywall that was added the customer threaten that he didn't approve these changes nor will he pay this put some fear we would once again be burnt from a customer for our hard earned work. We also were asked to leave the house for 1 month while customer goes to vacation and they didn't want anyone in the house.We understand there have been some things that I have no way of controlling such as *** and being sick which caused delays as well but these are out of my control and everyone else was busy. We have worked out a schedule and are moving forward.

I accept *** comment as it was a challenging project from the get go without proper planning and effective communication. We have, since the filing of this complaint agreed on a path forward to get the project finished.
I want to thank Fab and his team for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We had a side yard vision and they were able to create just what we wanted. We had a dog run built, a concrete pad poured, and a zen space created. The project was completed prior to the expected time and we are very pleased! Thank you again, we are looking forward to enjoying the space with our guests over the summer.
They had poor install of product and want to charge to repair it. The cement tiles were either floating or covered in water and the sand below sank.
So this company has been very difficult...They have major scheduling issues, they don't pay attention to detail and most of all, they don't support their own warranty. After a month of the tiles being installed, the sand underneath sank and the tiles we either floating or covered in water and they want to charge us to come out and repair their work. Better off doing it yourself, very disappointed. Summer 2017

I appreciate you spending the time to providing feed back but feel there is more to the story ? if its warrantied we come out at year end if there are any corrections we fix at that point.
