As you already know is that BLAR did indeed have the recordings And that you already did listen to itSo it is clear that [redacted] ***, needs to listen to the recording then respond do to the fact this record goes 100% against [redacted] compliant He might have forgotten the conversation but clearly Blue Lakes Auto Repairs employee never, not once bullied ***But only explained the invoice was not complete at the time of picking up the vehicle The employee did apologies for the inconvenience of the issue at hand and that clearly [redacted] confirmed these facts in the recording So please send the recordings to [redacted] with our permission If the matter does warrant, we will provide a recording to anyone requesting a recording I might even have an office recording when [redacted] came into pay for the shortage on the bill as agreed, and complimented the work and how good the car was working and was by all appearance satisfied with blar Dave the Office manager

8/24/2015To Who* it may concern;*** *** on July 29th did indeed come to Blue Lakes Auto Repair, and request that BLAR check for coolant leak and the check engine light. Then advise hi* of what would be needed.While the cust *** was setting here in the office during the
inspection of the needs and diags. BLAR had hi* go to his car to show hi* the oil leaks.1-Valve cover was leaking. This was very bad (massive is a good word) and this needed to be resolved ASAP.Also there was a leak detection pump (for the evap sys) that was in need of replacement.*** seen and understood and had approved the requested work.The coolant leak was not visible at this time.The repairs were done and the cust paid. Then came back on Thursday the 30th to infor* that ther is still a leak. BLAR was not able to take the car in. we did ask that he part card board under the car to locate a better pattern of the leaks. Beings he could not show us the location.He did leave the car with BLAR and did explain his concerns. BLAR assured *** that we needed time and could locate a leak if it were leaking.Blar did get the car in and did locate a leak in the coolant hose towards the top of the motor area.As a courtesy BLAR repaired a connector and hose then top off some coolant. This was done at none charge to the customer .I *** * did call *** to come pick up the car. He did come in and I shared my concern the considering the miles and the age that there will be more leaks. He did understand and was nice, pleasant as he left. BLAR assured hi* the door was open for hi* to come back at any time, and he appeared thankful. Office Manager*** ***
