I received a phone call from sam Schultz concerning a complaint [redacted] this order was refunded on 6/ [redacted] wagner This is the first I have heard of this from both you and customer it was refunded along time ago

Ok a couple of things this is not the last name used on the order it was Cornelison and second this order was refunded on feb 19th order had come back to our office. Customer was sent two refund messages one from our website and from the bank which we used stripe.
