Dear Dispute Resolution Dept, In response to the above noted disputeThe Customer received the final product on 6/29/The only email we received was dated 6/28/17. A copy is below; comments: I'm starting to wonder about the legitimacy of this businessI've sent written messages and left
voicemails, and you haven't fulfilled the expectations you've set regarding reaching back out to customersMy order is ***I have received no information from you after being informed by your automated messaging that I would within the same dayDid you just steal my money and my books? We did receive phone messages. I answer all phone calls and was on vacation with limited cell coverage. I did not retrieve the messages until after the order had been delivered and after I had responded to the email In the email he received we plainly state that orders of more than books will take more time. A copy of the email is below. The statement involved has been underlined and bold face Dear *** *** ***, (re: order# ***) This email is to notify you that we have received the shipment of your book(s), and they have been tagged and added to our scanning queueIf you selected “Destructive scanning” please allow - business days for the scanning process to complete (or - business days for Rush Delivery)If you selected “NON Destructive scanning” please allow 8-business days for the scanning process to complete (or - business days for Rush Delivery)Orders larger than books will require more time Once your files are ready, we will send a final confirmation email which contains your download linkIf you ordered our Non-Destructive service, we will return the books 5-business days after sending the link (if you ordered the DVD option, the DVD will ship with the books) Please also note, our final confirmation email will contain an encrypted download link, which may be problematic for some SPAM filters (we have found that mac.com and me.com are the worstThey almost always block the final email, without notifying the sender or receiver)As a result, we would ask that you still add our email address to your allow/whitelist, even though you received this email without issue We thank you for choosing Blue Leaf Book Scanning for your scanning needs and we hope that you will be pleased with the final product *note; this is an automated email* While we work diligently to turn orders around promptly, there are sometimes when the process requires more time. In this case there were several special needs by the customer. Orders with more than books take longer as we have to insure all the books are ready to ship. If we have an issue with one book the whole order is delayed.
