Blue Light Ventures

I placed and order on April 13, 2020 and my credit card was debited on April 14 for payment. I have received various emails that my order was being processed. AN email on April 17 stated their inbound stock for this pair of glasses had arrived and order was being sorted and my order would be shipped in 1-2 business days. April 18 email stated the order would be shipped on Monday(20th). On April 23 I received a response to an email I sent on April 21 stating the order would be shipped today(23rd). I received another email on April 23 that my order was being packaged but it was a different order number and items from my original order. I replied to this email stating the original order number ad inquired an update. On April 28 I initiated an email through customer service with both order numbers and asked for an update. I received a reply on April 29 stating only 'What can I help you with?' I also responded to the original email I received when I placed my order, which included the original order number, but I have not received a response. I have called the customer service number and left my name and number 3 times but I never received a call back. I also tried a message through their Facebook page on April 29. I supplied the requested order numbers and the response said they would forward to the correct department. I tried several times today to get an update through the Facebook message today and I get a response 'person isn't available now'.
