Review: I made two separate purchases from this seller. The seller took months to send the items I had purchased (and paid for via [redacted]). Once they finally arrived, they were defective. The seller agreed to a refund and I mailed the items back. Even though he confirmed he had received the items, he never refunded any of my money and kept putting me off.My credit card company wouldn't help. I finally had to implore [redacted] to help me. It should be noted that their resolution center only assists for transactions that had occurred within 45 days, yet they still helped me and recovered most of my money from taking it out of the seller's [redacted] account.I also saw that MANY MANY other people were complaining about similar issues on his [redacted] page, which he subsequently blocked me from. He also took down that page with all of the complaints and started a new bluelinebands page.I still want to recover the rest of my money owed ($30) from the seller and want him investigated.Desired Settlement: $30.

I am contacting you in regards to case [redacted] v. Blue line Bands [redacted] is a screen shot of where she was refunded the entire amount she was owed it was don't on two dates in December. Im not sure why she is trying to scam me out of more money but I do not appreciate her contacting your office when her money was paid back to her. I hope this clears up any issues I have with your office.

Response:

In response to [redacted] statement that "he refunded all of my money", it should be noted that [redacted] had to recover the funds, as he refused to refunded any of my money even though he had agreed to and was in receipt of the 2 returned items (total paid: $[redacted]).

[redacted] was only able to recover $[redacted], and not the grand total of $[redacted]. They stated this was the most they could recover, as [redacted]/ Blue Line Bands didn't have any more money in the [redacted] account.

[redacted] contacted me the other day and I explained to him that I was still owed approximately $[redacted]. He has since refunded that balance. With that being said, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and now consider this complaint resolved.

Review: On September 2, 2013, my husband [redacted], who is deployed overseas currently, ordered a Handcuff Ring for approximately $150.00 from the [redacted] website. After being told 8 times that the ring was shipped, I received the ring on November 27, 2013. The very next day on Thanksgiving, the stone had fell out because it had been glued instead of set. My husband contacted them and they never responded, so I contacted them and they said after a few emails that they would issue a refund. To this day we have never received a refund. They have a facebook page and my husband and I both sent messages and they never responded and they restricted me from writing them. All of the messages we put on their page, they erased all of them. Along with other complaints from other people. I have also sent several texts (that's what their website says to do), and I have not heard anything about our refund. I am afraid they are ripping off many other people. I have all of the emails and text messages between myself and my husband. I have attachments for every conversation but this website will not let me post. Can I please email them to someone?Desired Settlement: I want the entire refund of $137.00 to my husbands account or a check sent to our house as stated.

Regards,

Review: On 2/21/14, I emailed this company regarding a ring I had purchased where the stone had fallen. I never received an email back so on 2/23/14 I messaged the company through their [redacted] page. I heard back from someone later that day saying they would be sending out a new ring to me as they had some in stock. As of 3/14/14 I still hadn't received anything so I messaged them again asking where my ring was. I was then told that they were mailing out my ring the next day and they gave me a tracking number, asked what color stone I have and confirmed the size and that it was the handcuff ring. I finally received the ring last Friday, 3/21/14, only to open the package to find a completely different ring. They sent me a mans ring, size 10, black band with blue line. I wondered if this was sent to me in error so I messaged the company again to let them know. Today has been a full week since I first messaged them and I have send numerous messages, maybe one a day. I have yet to hear anything from anyone and I'm getting very tired of dealing with this! I didn't pay WAY too much for a ring that is poorly made and I cannot wear or have replaced. The company has a guarantee on this particular ring that if anything happens to it they will replace it. (This is not the first time I have had to get a replacement for this same issue.)Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or I want what I paid for. More than anything, I want someone to answer me and get this resolved. Poor customer service for a small business is NOT the way to accrue more business!

Regards,

Review: I originally purchased a ring from their website in October of 2013. It arrived in November and the stone fell out. I returned the ring and they sent a replacement. I finally received the replacement which had been glued to keep the stone from falling out. I was not happy with the product and returned the ring asking for my refund in January. I was sent another ring. I returned that ring as well and I was told that a credit could not be issued to my card as too much time had passed but he would send a cashier check. This was on February 5th. To date I have not received anything, have not had my phone calls or emails returned and have been unable to reach anyone via phone.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund immediately.

Regards,

Review: I ordered a ring from this business for my wife's birthday in September. The ring never arrived after the estimated 14 business days listed on the website. I contacted the number via text, as specified, and received a reply that he would look into it. I then heard nothing. I contacted again and he said he wasn't sure what happened and that my order should have gone out and he'd look into it. I then again heard nothing. I contacted this business numerous times over numerous months and either received an excuse about why my order hadn't gone out or never received any reply at all. This has been going on since mid September and it is now January. I asked for a refund to be issued and never heard anything back which was the last straw for me.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for my order. I do not want the ring any longer. I simply want my money back to purchase a different (very belated) birthday gift for my wife. I feel I've been more than patient and compromising while receiving no courtesy back from the business. I feel I have been mislead and lied to and stolen from.
