for anyone not in law enforcementWhen a customer purchases one of those guns we "mag swap" the mags so that the customer receive completely legal magazines. Unfortunately, in *** *** case we were out of stock of the low capacity magazines when he picked up his gunIn good faith one of my sales people gave *** *** legal magazines but for the wrong firearmWhen *** *** returned with the wrong magazines we looked for the right ones but were out of stockI personally apologized and assured *** *** that the correct magazines were on orderWhat I did not know at time was that the manufacturer had put a temporary hold on shipping product due to a revamping of its processes and procedures for shipping.When *** *** next returned I explained that the magazines were still on order and I expected them at any timeI offered *** *** free shooting time on our range as a way to try and make up for his unfortunate mix up. I am glad to say that *** *** magazines arrived in a shipment late Friday (today is Monday) and he has been notified that they are here for pick up
