We sold this item to the customer through our website on Rakuten.com. There was a listing mistake on the website and the customer accidentally ordered and item we had incorrectly listed. The listing was immediately removed and fixed.

as we heard from the customer we immediately sent a pre-paid return label for her to send it back. The customer has still not returned the item, but as soon as we receive the item back we will be issuing them a full refund.
We feel the customer has been properly taken care of from a financial perspective, and as much as we would love to send the customer the right item we do not have any in stock.
