Review: I have to pay $37.50 every month for prescription coverage. The payment is due on the 1st of every month. I pay using a bill pay service through my bank and use my computer to key in the amount to pay. For the month of August 2014, I entered $337.50 instead of $37.50. I did not discover this error until reviewing my bank statement for August. I called this company on August 19th and spoke with employee Laura. I asked what we could do. She stated that the company will not send a bill showing a credit so I asked for a $300.00 refund. Laura stated that it would take 30 to 60 days for the refund to come. I told her ok and that I would send $37.50 for the month of September and continue to pay in that fashion. On September 5th I received a check for $187.50. I called on 09/08/14, and spoke with employee Melissa. She tried to "go through the math" with me. I told her the previous employee was willing to send the entire amount. She said that employee was in error. I asked if a supervisor was available - she said yes, however never put one on the line. I was calling on behalf of my wife who was ill and in the hospital on 09/08/14, Melissa stated that I needed to fax them my power of attorney to get any further info. She seemed pleased with herself.Desired Settlement: I paid $37.50 for September and will continue to pay $37.50 until this is settled. I am still owed $112.50, The company is willing to use this money to pay my account but will not send a credit type of statement.
