Per phone call with [redacted] warranty was only included when Blue Moon delivers not when customer picks upPolicy was recently changed [redacted] called and told her that they would still honor the warranty and sent someone out to look at it and they could not fix it so it was brought back to the store [redacted] went out to the house on her personal time to pick up the money for the upgraded machine and brought it back to the storeThey set up delivery with no charge for deliveryTrip was over minutes each way

We service 10's of thousands of customers and do not have a bad Reputation We truly take care of the community and our customer service is 110%. There were many lies this customer told on our Facebook page after we offered to help them There were two different stories told to us and we again tried to appease them, but there were different people, who knew who the real owner really was or this was another lie or ploy for a repair person We only service what we sell and try to help out the small repair guys and send them as much business as we can Sorry to see that there are such people in this world who try to hurt the people that give to the community Due to the offer of Our company fixing the damaged product and with Lies from this particular customer and or customers involved, we are done responding to unjust claims and dishonesty. To whom it may concern, The fridge was outside the date of its warranty period We tried to help the customer by offering to pick up the fridge, fix it for just the cost of parts, and deliver it back to them for a small delivery charge He chose to go with an outside tech & his

I am rejecting this response because:  Blue moon did offer to repair the appliance at the cost of parts as well as a $59.00 charge for the pick up and delivery. At that point I felt I would incur the same cost if I simply called a technician to repair it in my home. Upon the technician inspecting the appliance it was discovered that the power cord had been replaced and as the picture indicates this replacement was neither safe or up to factory specs. It was also discovered that other modifications had been made and as the attached pictures will show the sweat joints again lacked the quality in workmanship of a professional and was in all likelihood the cause of the refrigerant leak which caused the failure of the appliance.
