Blue Moon Backyard & Pool Inc.

Initially I thought I had found the right pool service. Pool was kept clean, then quality of work and service dropped off of the chart, starting the week of Memorial day, 2016. My pool was turning green and I contacted the guy that cleaned our pool at Blue Moon, informing him of this. He waited until his normal pool service day and mind you, the pool kept getting greener. Fast forward to the second week of June, 2016. He said that he treated the pool and that it would remain green murky, telling me to clean my own filter and it would be clear in a few days, a month later. I called him several days later informing him that the pool was getting worse. He never returned the call. After not hearing from him and several messages later, no response. I terminated their service. I am having to pay another company to correct the failures of Blue Moon. Find another company before you use these guys.
