Review: On [redacted], 2014, I ordered one Aura Myst "Inner Om" for the amount of $18. This was order #[redacted]. My Visa account was charged on April 3 for this product plus shipping, however, I have not received this product. In addition, I have made three telephone calls and emailed Blue Moon Herbals twice to inquire as to the status/whereabouts of my order. They are not responding to my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: It truly concerns me when a business completely ignores customers, and especially when money is involved. I believe it would have taken all of 5 minutes to address my question, and this would have been far desirable than creating a bad customer experience. I would have much preferred to have gotten an explanation (The item is back-ordered, We don't make this item any more, Sorry, we goofed! etc.) than to now have a bad feeling about this business.
