If the color was really off, she would have mentioned that when we had to re-make the cabinetShe also mentioned that she had to take time off from work, and that certainly is not true, as they always asked us to drop off the merchandise and leave it on the porchThis proofs that they had no intentions of paying the balance due on the orderThank you,Jeff H

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
please see attached pictures of shelf you can clearly see the color diffreance also there is a attached plan the owner wrote on and designed for use showing the conter tops in the order and you can clearly see that the cabnet on the other side is size as the other side that he ordered wrong and was not a special size that took longer. Upon original Delivery the cabnets was wrong and we were told the cabnet would be two weeks. as for being told the doors were an exceptional size, they are no diffreant in size as the cabnet we recieved already. as you can see in the attached photo there was never any convertation on a back log of size or week . we were told two weeks. when the cabnet was ready in december four months later. not two weeks. I took off work to meet the delivery but no one showed.this happened twice. and on the third time  I left a message saying leave the cabnet on the porch because I was not taking another day off. for nothing and there is no reason he couldnt leave it on my inclosed porch. it would have been out of the weather.  the fourth time I left a message telling him if he didnt call me back to deliver the cabnets I would contact Revdex.com and go to small claims court. he then called me back to deliver he said he be there at 5pm didnt show till 5:30pm.and also I have a security camera on all angles of my property that is on all the time. the bottom line is Jeff was intented to get the last two houndread balance instead of then the customer being satisfied. as for him saying he gave us free countertops, that is a complete lie. they were included in original price as you can see he has it writeen on his plans he did.and is dated. the shelf issue came up when Jeff finaly set up the delivery for the cabnets because the shelf gets put in last we didnt open it till when he finally had the cabnet scheduled for delivery . I had opened the shelf and noticed the color diffreance. you see the shelf gets installed last. I brought this up to him on delivery and he had a smart remark sure its a diffreant color. see attached picture of shelf. thats when I said my husband doesnt want to give the $200.00 check till this is fixed. thats when he started screaming your crazy lady and FU lady. at that point I said to him excuse me did you just tell me F U lady, and said what kind of  man says that to a lady FU Lady and then when he said who cares. I then said you can get out of my house now. he dragged the cabnet across my new rugs instead of picking it up the bounced them down the stairs with out care of messing up my rugs. I threw his box out the door. then when I went to go let me dog out the back door, to go to the bathroom. he came back in my house without my permition. what kind of buissness does this man run? the coursing the bad quility of product the lateness 5 months is unexecptible. and we was also to put glass in two of the cabnets. we asked for colored glass orange. he sent us to a auto dealer who said we dont do color glass just car tinted glass. we got the glass our selfs. I dont think Jeff would$ pay over 3400.00 for the crappy cabnets in his house or pay the balance if he had all these issues. as for him saying we just didnt want to pay the $200.00 well why would we give him 3200.00 just to beat him on $200.00 again what kind of buissness doesnt make sure his customer is happy? and he treated us like that for $200.00 dollars. trust me I rather have what I ordered and completed by know then $200.00 dollars. and in the mix of all this, I lost my youngest sister and really didnt need the agrivation over $200.00. this man should make sure his customer is 100% satisified. thats customer service. I had a few people that used this company that told me dont give him the balance till he corrects the issue because they had a problem with this buisness and they paid him and they are still waiting for knobs things not completed.  Thanks,[redacted]Regards,
[redacted]

To whom it may concern,I would like to say that the information is correct regarding the purchase date for the cabinets. The order was originally placed in August 2016. Upon delivery of the cabinets, we noticed one of the cabinets was made incorrectly and had to be re-done. The customer was told...

that a new cabinet would be ordered, and they would be notified when the delivery was received. They were also made aware that because the cabinet doors were an exceptional size, that they would have to be specially made, and that it would take four to six weeks before the doors would be shipped to the manufacturer for fabrication of the cabinet. From that point, it would take an additional four weeks for the manufacturer to produce the merchandise. The cabinet was ready for pick up on December 12th, 2016, and the customer was notified. [redacted] told my secretary to leave it on the porch as he was in Vegas. I thought that was not a good idea, as if it rained the cabinet would be destroyed, furthermore there was a balance due on the account. Between the end of December through February, they repeatedly asked for us to drop off the cabinet, and leave it on the porch. They were told that would not do that, as there was a balance due of $200.00.Finally on February 8th, [redacted] agreed to meet me at the end of the day. When I arrived with the cabinet, she asked me to open the box and take the cabinet upstairs and put it on top of the countertops, which I did. By the way, the countertops were made for the [redacted]'s free of charge due to the inconvenience they suffered. The value of the countertops is $685.00, of which they did not have to pay a dime. At this time, she mentioned the color of the shelf was off, and started yelling that she would not be paying me the balance of the order. Please note that there is nothing wrong with the coloring of the shelf. It became quite apparent that she had no intentions of paying for the merchandise, which is stealing, and lost all respect for her at that point. I picked up the cabinet and proceeded to head downstairs to put it back in my truck. This is when said fu.I am very understanding with Customers and have been in business for over 35 years, and do not take it lightly when someone tries to swindle money from my company, even after they have been compensated for their aggravation. Why would she take four months to tell me that the color of the shelf was off? If the color was really off, she would have mentioned that when we had to re-make the cabinet. She also mentioned that she had to take time off from work, and that certainly is not true, as they always asked us to drop off the merchandise and leave it on the porch. This proofs that they had no intentions of paying the balance due on the orderThank you,Jeff H

Dear [redacted],Regarding complaint ID # [redacted], a response was sent to you via united parcel post stating exactly what occurred when I contacted the customers numerous times about delivering their cabinet and when the actual delivery was made.I stand behind what was said before. If **. or [redacted] would like to pick up the cabinet, it is still available here in my warehouse, and there is an open balance due in the amount of $208.80. They received a free countertop that was worth $600.00. As you can see by the attached invoice, they were billed only for the actual cabinet, not for a countertop, as stated by [redacted]. The price of the top was never added into the Invoice, as have a conscience and decided that the right thing to do was to give them a free countertop because they had to wait such a long time for the fabrication of the new cabinet. They knew that they had no intentions of paying the balance on the account, as each time they were contacted about Setting up the delivery, was told to leave it on the porch. If a consumer has a balance on merchandise purchased, and they are expecting a delivery, the first thing that is done by the delivery person, is to collect the funds owing on the bill. This was not done, as trusted the customers to do what was right. I mentioned what was owed before arrived at their home, so they were aware of the balance. My instructions when I got there, was to take the cabinet upstairs, and after that was done, she then informed me that she was not paying. What transpired after that was already said in my first response that was sent to you. Why is it that consumers are allowed to cheat business out of money owing to them and get away with it. This seems to be happening more each day. If you make a purchase, it should be paid for. However if there is a problem it should be resolved. And this is precisely what I did by re-ordering a new cabinet for **. and [redacted] only for them to turn around and insinuate that there was a problem with the shelf, and in addition to that, to say that they are not paying the balance on the account. Why should that be acceptable?I have tried calling your office to speak with you directly, but was on hold for such a longtime that had to hang up.if you would like to speak with me directly, I can be reached at ###-###-####.Sincerely, Jeff H
