Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from this Blue Moon Massage is a big fat lie Before responding, I would like to request the Revdex.com to request them to send a surveillance/security camera to you as evidence If they file a criminal charge against me to the police or the prosecutor, I will request the samething = they need to provide camera tape to prove their saying. My response: No, I did not turn over and lied on my back I lied on my stomach and faced down the entire time I did not request any sexual activities or illegal massages As I mentioned in my original complaints, there are many other massage spas in town and they all compete for business They do have security/surveillance camera So, now, I am taking an additional step to requesting the Revdex.com to request them to turn into you their recording of surveillance/security camera to prove their saying If they cannot do it, then it is a big fat lie from this business
Regards,

Dear Sirs:In response we offer the following. We have a firm policy of offering all our customers a courteous and professional service. We ask for payment at the beginning of the session and this customer had no problem with this. He asked for a 30 min massage and paid with a credit card and...

included a five dollar tip to the receipt . He made no mention of hot stone massage which we would gladly have included with the 30 min price. Shortly after beginning the massage he suggested to the therapist that he lay on his back instead of his stomach. She asked that he remain face down for the massage but he turned over anyway. He then requested that she touch him in a way that is illegal. She respectfully refused explaining that only professional therapeutic massage is offered at this office. Illegal massage is strictly forbidden and is clearly posted in each therapy room. Following the session he was given ample time to dress and upon leaving the therapist ,as is our policy, met him at the door with complimentary water and asked if the visit was ok. He made no mention of being dissatisfied with the service or even hint at a refund. We only learned of his complaint when we received notice from our merchants account of a request by him for a charge back to his card. We explained to our bank that he received the service requested and appeared satisfied when he left. In his statement to the Revdex.com he made a point of mentioning many other massage offices in the area and we can only conclude that he expected the same illegal service at Blue Moon as he perhaps was accustomed to receiving at the other spas.We find his letter to you offensive and will absolutely not comply with his demand for a refund. While we appreciate the concern of the Revdex.com for the area merchants we have no desire to discuss this matter further.Respectfully,Blue Moon Massage

Review: First, this business advertised that they DO offer hot-stone massage.

Around the end of April, I cant remember the exact date I went to this place. The very first thing that I told them was to have a hot-stone massage. They agreed, but made me pay first. So, I paid them $40 plus $5 tip for a total of 30 minutes for $45 hot-stone massage. ONE THING ABOUT THEM: THEY SEEMED NOT TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL AND SEEMED LIKE THERE WAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER.

But during the massage, they did not do hot-stone.

At the end of the massage, I complained that they did not do hot-stone massage. They said they would refund or credit my money back, but because they had another customer. So, they rushed me out the door. Again, they appeared not to understand English.

A few days later, on April 25th, I saw a transaction posted on my [redacted] Credit Card from them. So, I called [redacted] to dispute this transaction just because Blue Moon Massage Spa did not do hot stone for me like they advertised. So, [redacted] credited me back $45.

Then I saw a transaction-rebill for $45 on my [redacted] online banking. I called them and said that the reason why I disputed this transaction was because I did not get the hot-stone massage as Blue Moon Massage advertised, also Blue Moon Massage agreed to refund me back $45 verbally.

There are too many massage spas in the Richmond, Virginia area, and looks like Blue Moon Massage Spa is not getting enough clients/business. That was why they tried to trip me by 1) making me pay upfront before doing the massage, then 2) did not do the hot-stone massage as their advertisement.Desired Settlement: I want either one of the two resolutions:

1. Blue Moon Massage Spa to refund me back $45 because they did not do the hot-stone massage as their advertisement.

OR

2. [redacted] credit me back $45 that they rebill just because it is said on [redacted] website that if I dont get a service as advertised/agreed, I have the right to dispute.
